**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop individualized lesson plans based on each student's unique learning style and goals.
- Provide support for homework assignments and exam preparation.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as necessary.
- Create a positive and encouraging learning environment that motivates students.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.

**Skills**
- Strong proficiency in English; additional language skills in Mandarin is highly desirable.
- Experience in tutoring or teaching children in a classroom setting.
- Excellent written communication skills to assist students with writing assignments.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with students.
- A passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed academically.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
