Seeking a highly experienced and talented Baker to join our renowned Danish craft bakery, where our reputation for producing the highest quality authentic Danish baked goods is unsurpassed.
- Experience laminating dough on a sheeter.
- Experience using large scale sheeters and mixers.
- Ability to handle delicate croissant, puff and Danish dough
- Must be able to create all products from scratch.
- Physically fit and able to work flexible full-time
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to new baking concepts and ideas.
- Will report directly to Production Manager.
- A high level of creativity, an eye for detail and consistency.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and eventually teach concepts and methodologies to new bakers.
- Sliced meat and cheese and make fillings and butter blocks ready for next day
- Maintain workspace cleaning
- _**Shift will be 3pm-11pm or 4pm-12pm**_

**Experience**:

- baking/craft baking experience is an asset
- puff, danish, croissant dough experience is an asset
- previous lamination and oven work experience is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00 per hour
