KOBE STEAKHOUSE is a Japanese restaurant where the food is prepared right in front of your eyes. We offer the finest meats and seafood alongside inspired craft cocktails. We have been in the same location for 50+ years and we're proud to call ourselves the #1 destination restaurant in Vancouver

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintaining a clean and organized bar, preparing garnishes and all other bar prep in advance of service
- Able to communicate at an expert level with guests and team
- Maintain strong cocktail/beer/wine/sake knowledge
- Serve the lounge while making drinks for the dining area

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 2+ years of experience in a fast paced and high volume restaurant
- High level of cocktail, beer, and wine knowledge. Knowledge of sake is preferred.
- Self
- motivated with a high energy level
- Highly organized with ability to multitask
- Dependable and punctual
- Work well in a team environment
