- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using multi-line phone systems.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed.
- Assist with guest services, including providing information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and enhance overall experience.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and customer service at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hotel management or guest services is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and night audit procedures is advantageous.
- Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in using multi-line phone systems.
- A passion for hospitality with a commitment to providing outstanding guest relations.
