Insulator/ metal cladder

We are looking for **experienced cladding installers** AND **insulators **to join our installation teams. We are a Waterloo-based cladding company. All work is completed indoors at our facility. We are always on the lookout for enthusiastic, dependable individuals with a can-do attitude.

**Duties**:

- Use manual break press and shears to modify sheet metal to fit units.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and project managers to ensure workspace is organized to be able to work safely.
- Clearly communicate with designers and shop-drawing providers to resolve installation problems.
- Install insulator materials, weld pins, strapping, and cladding materials based on the shop drawings.

**Requirements**:

- Have working knowledge of power and hand tools.
- Understand cladding shop drawings.
- Knowledge of using over head cranes.
- Attention to details and patience. Positive attitude.

**Advantages**:

- Previous experience in safety training and working at ground level as well from elevated platforms or work areas where tools may be required to complete tasks safely
- 3-5 years Previous experience in insulating and siding (Cladding) is an asset.
- Access to a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

**Salary**: $23.00-$28.00 per year
