YOUR CHALLENGES
- Organize and plan the implementation of a project from the design phase through to deployment, using internal or external resources;

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and monitor technology projects (budgets, resources, deliverables, etc.);
- Coordinate internal and external resources;
- Monitor the performance of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure delivery to specification, quality and schedule;
- Intervene with management on issues affecting profitability, schedules, suppliers or on-time delivery;
- Prepare and lead follow-up meetings with customers and other partners to ensure smooth project progress;
- Participate in all operational and strategic project management activities;
- Monitor KPIs related to the company’s technology projects;
- Provide complete and effective reporting to management (reports, project reviews). Inform management in a timely manner of project events impacting project performance or adherence to governance principles;
- Develop and maintain project schedules to meet delivery milestones;
- Manage project risks.

YOUR SPECIFIC MEASURES OF SUCCESS
- Adherence to schedules, budgets and deliverables;
- Quality of project resource planning (variance between actual and planned);
- Measurement of project sponsor satisfaction.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- DEC/bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field;
- Asset: PMP, SCRUM certification;
- Five (5) years plus of experience in a similar IT-related position;
- Bilingual.
