Cumberland Pharmasave is a community focused retail pharmacy with a reputation of providing superior customer service. We are looking for a pharmacy assistant to join our team part time (3-4 days per week, more for holiday coverage). We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who is energetic and professional to join us. Located in beautiful Cumberland, we are looking forward to making a positive difference by creating a stronger community.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum grade 12 education
- Excellent math, organizational and communication skills

**Duties**:

- Assist the pharmacist in the day to day activities in the pharmacy
- Identify opportunities for maximizing efficiency and implementing innovative ideas
- Prepare pharmaceutical products safely and accurately using a variety of distribution systems.
- Perform drug purchasing and inventory management duties.
- Use technology applicable to pharmacy practice (Kroll software)
- Participate in quality assurance programs.
- Perform administrative functions to support the operation of the pharmacy.
- Perform cashier duties
- Assist in the front store as needed
