Sales Administrator

**Position Overview**
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Support machine sales including preparing acknowledgements and verifying document accuracy
- Manage traffic for machine sales equipment
- Coordinate with international shipping brokerage (importing of machines and equipment)
- Approve freight invoices for equipment
- Maintain accurate records within INFOR system of sales transactions, contracts, and correspondence. Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and industry regulations.
- Communicate with vendors
- Coordination with Accounting regarding payment terms
- Manage financial contracts in collaboration with the accounting department
**Qualifications**
- Bilingual - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
**Other Skills or Assets**
- Knowledgeable with INFOR (ERP system)
- Basic understanding of accounting
