Parts Advisor

**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their parts inquiries and needs.
- Utilize dealership experience to recommend appropriate parts based on customer requirements.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash efficiently.
- Maintain organized inventory records and assist with order fulfillment.
- Communicate effectively with customers over the phone and in person, demonstrating strong phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely availability of parts for repairs.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for inventory management and reporting purposes.
- Engage in retail sales activities, promoting products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate negotiation skills to assist customers in finding the best solutions for their needs.
- Support marketing initiatives by promoting new products or special offers.

**Requirements**:

- Previous dealership experience is preferred, particularly in Recreational repair or parts sales.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and handling cash transactions accurately.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and providing solutions.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory effectively and maintain order accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory calculations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.76-$28.76 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
