Enterprise Risk Management Governance Vp

C13 role The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Governance team responsibilities include to (i) Manage ERM Governance forums; (ii) Draft and maintain policies, supporting standards, procedures, controls, and training; (iii) Review and improve governance practices across ERM programs. ERM programs include Risk Appetite, Limits and Threshold Management, Risk Identification, Stress Testing, and Concentration Risk Management. Job description - Design and implement ERM governance documentation including policies, standard, and procedures, as well as training and controls to ensure firm's adherence to the governance requirements. - Establish and manage ERM governance forums, including preparation of power point decks, meeting minutes, action items tracking and resolution. - Perform gap analysis of existing policies to Regulatory requirements. - Keep abreast of regulatory changes, new regulations, and internal policy changes. - Partner, collaborate, and work with other areas - first, second, and third lines of defense. **Qualifications**: - 5+ years of experience in Risk Management function with a bank, Financial Services consulting, or regulatory body. - Understanding of regulatory requirements for Enterprise Risk Management Governance. - Understanding of governance for Enterprise Risk Management programs such as Risk Appetite, Limits and Threshold Management, Risk Identification, Stress Testing, and Concentration Risk Management frameworks. - Proven ability to drive results and meet deadlines. - Highly motivated with attention to detail, team oriented, organized, pro-active. - Ability to assess complex issues and identify potential solutions. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex problems and policy interpretations through concise and clear messaging. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Power Point and Word.
