**A Day in The Life of an Operations Associate**

As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, as well as light assembly of assigned areas. You will be in charge of operating warehouse equipment, including power equipment, when necessary.

- Handle incoming shipments
- Perform verification of supplier inbound, customer returns, and branch returns
- Enter order receipts into computer systems
- Perform quality assurance inspection
- Utilizes available equipment to stage and put away inbound material

**Education & Experience**
- High school degree or equivalent preferred
- Forklift Experience
- 1 year of warehouse operations experience preferred

**Skills & Requirements**
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Basic problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods

Compensation Details $28.78 per hour

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.

For eligible positions, compensation may also include participation in a bonus or sales compensation plan paid according to achievement against sales targets and/or business objectives. Depending on the role, equity and other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package.
