Waitress/waiter

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your primary responsibility will be to take orders, serve food and beverages, and provide excellent customer service.

**Duties**
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and answer questions about menu items
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of meals
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments and provide accurate change
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and server station
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and practices
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members
