**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs.
- Develop personalized lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
- Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly to enhance understanding.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and educators regarding academic performance and areas for improvement.
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages student participation.
- Utilize various teaching resources and techniques to accommodate different learning styles.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in tutoring or classroom settings is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students and parents.
- Ability to educate children in a clear, concise manner while fostering an encouraging atmosphere.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed academically.
- A commitment to continuous professional development in educational practices.
- Familiarity with various educational tools and technologies is a plus.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
Additional pay:
