**The Opportunity: Project Manager - Digital Signage**:
Are you passionate about leading end-to-end customer projects while ensuring brand standards and account policies are met? Do you excel at forging strong relationships, overseeing budgets, and coordinating cross-functional teams? If so, we invite you to join our Digital Team as a **Project Manager - Digital Signage**. In this pivotal role, you’ll guide complex projects from initial design through final close-out, ensuring seamless execution for top-tier brands across North America.

**What You’ll Do**:
**Project Coordination & Execution**:

- **End-to-End Management**: Oversee projects from post-sale through delivery, including coordination with pre-production, production, transportation, and installation teams, up to file preparation for invoicing.
- **Communication & Collaboration**: Serve as the primary link between internal stakeholders—such as sales, operations, and subcontractors—to ensure smooth project flow and maintain strong relationships.
- **Scheduling & Work Plans**: Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans, facilitating team meetings and assigning action items.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:

- **Client Onboarding**: Ensure a smooth and seamless onboarding process for customers, addressing any concerns and providing clear timelines and deliverables.
- **Trust Building**: Foster a high level of trust with assigned Sales Executives, ensuring that customer needs and branding standards are fully understood and met.

**Documentation & Compliance**:

- **Documentation Oversight**: Collect and review key project documents such as production drawings, technical drawings, permits, and contracts to ensure accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
- **Contracts & Purchase Orders**: Manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, issuing purchase orders and validating agreements when required.

**Financial & Budget Management**:

- **Budget Control**: Create, monitor, and manage project budgets, ensuring expenditures align with project scope and deliverables.
- **Cost Tracking**: Track project costs to meet budgetary goals and ensure timely, accurate billing of completed projects.

**Risk & Quality Management**:

- **Performance Measurement**: Monitor project performance and track milestones, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring continuous optimization.

**Meeting Facilitation & Follow-Up**:

- **Action-Item Tracking**: Schedule and facilitate regular check-ins, document meeting minutes, assign action items, and follow up to ensure progress.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Address and resolve any project roadblocks or issues, employing critical thinking and effective communication skills.

**What You Bring to the Role**:

- **Education**:
- College or university degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
- **Experience & Skills**:
- **Language Skills**: Written and spoken French/English are mandatory.
- **Software Proficiency**: Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- **Technical Understanding**: Ability to analyze and interpret plans, specifications, and technical drawings.
- **Project Management**: Proven experience in end-to-end project execution, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.

- **Eligibility**:
- Must have all required documentation to legally work in Canada.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in digital signage, signage manufacturing, or related industries.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards (e.g., ADA, accessibility requirements).

**Working Conditions**:
