Overview
Reporting to the Manager, Analytics and Budgeting the Junior Analyst will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the consolidation, reporting and analysis of financial and operational data
- Assist in the preparation of weekly reporting and prepare any other reporting reasonably requested from time to time
- Assist in completing value added portfolio level analysis to identify key operational trends, areas of improvement, actionable intelligence, and any other portfolio ad-hoc reporting/projects as required
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly reports, annual budget presentations and other reporting as requested for stakeholders
- Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, financing and other transactions and co-ordination of such due diligence activities as necessary
- Assist the manager, asset management and executives as needed with any other property analytical information and database management.
- Provide administrative and office-management support to the asset management team
**Requirements**:
- Entry level position
- Working towards a bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration or similar.
- Ability to obtain results in a highly demanding environment.
- Able to handle multiple demands and manage tight deadlines.
- Good common sense and business acumen.
- Able to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships, professional and flexible.
- Strong computer skills with MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
- Experience in real estate, multi-residential sector an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
