**The Role**:
Johnson and Johnson Clinical Operations (JJCO) is recruiting an undergraduate level intern to support JJCO’s global clinical trial operations projects and initiatives.

The intent and scope of the JJCO organization is to utilize knowledge, processes, systems and talent across JNJ sectors to enable innovation, deliver state of the art capabilities and grow our talent pipeline in clinical operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Participation and/or support of global projects and/or process improvement initiatives.
- Support in the strategy, planning, creation, and implementation of programs and projects.
- Perform program and project related tasks including meeting preparation, slide deck creation, action item tracking and data input.
- Contribute to process mapping activities for projects and other organizational functions.
- Collect data and conduct subsequent analyses.

**Qualifications** Education**:

- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program.
- Completed two to three years of study for a degree in General Business, or equivalent.

**Experience and Skills**:
**Required**:

- Analytical skills: must be able to analyze and interpret data from multiple sources.
- Critical and strategic problem solver.
- Strong Communication Skills.
- A high degree of organization and self-motivation.
- Strong knowledge with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook Explorer and PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Self-starter who is adaptable to change.
- Proactive and works well independently.
- Comfortable working with a virtual team in a global environment.

**Preferred**:

- Strong Knowledge and skills in the following are a plus: SharePoint, MS Teams, and Excel.
- Experience in task and project management.
- Understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Understanding of reporting tools like PowerBI (optional).

**Other**:

- Must be proficient in English (written and verbal).
- No travel required.
- Technological and procedural learning opportunities with Clinical Systems and processes.
