**We are looking for a full-time, permanent Retail Team Member to join our dynamic Retail Team in Courtenay - in a brand new store**

**Who you are**:
Our Retail Team Members are the go-to source for inspiration and information for our full line of stationery, art, and office products Spending the day with customers discussing art projects, pen choices, sampling highlighters, and enthusing over the GSM of that one specific notebook's paper sounds like a dream come true to you. You love to help connect people with services that will make their personal and professional lives easier. You're motivated to sell and offer consistently amazing customer experiences. When someone approaches you with an issue they are having, you are able to confidently suggest solutions.

**Your qualifications**:
High School Diploma

Experience working in a retail setting (preferred)

A passion for office and art supplies

**Your skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information in a concise and well-organized manner
- Adapts easily to change
- Takes the initiative, is a self-starter
- Is an excellent team player, working well with others
