**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools as necessary for various cleaning tasks.
- Manage time efficiently to complete all cleaning duties within designated time frames.
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Conduct custodial duties such as waste disposal, restroom maintenance, and replenishing supplies.
- Assist in facilities maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
- Handle heavy lifting when required, moving furniture or equipment to achieve optimal cleaning results.
- Maintain a positive attitude while providing exceptional customer service to clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with the use of power tools and hand tools related to cleaning tasks is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
