We're looking for a passionate, sales-driven Customer Sales Advisor who is bilingual to join our team at Capital BBQ. We work in a fast-paced environment that involves constant interaction with customers, delivering luxury outdoor product solutions. **Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities**: - Introducing customers our amazing luxury, fun Outdoor Living products. - Selling Outdoor Kitchens / BBQs/ Fireplaces and more. - Hybrid Retail sales required as you will sell in the Showroom and Online. - Using our custom software to create sales invoice. - Keep our high - end showroom product organized and clean. - Ensure that items are priced and labeled correctly - Order items for customers. **Retail Sales Associate Requirements**: - Bilingual (English/French) - Loves to BBQ or excited to learn from some of Ottawa's best. - A Foodie at heart and passionate about customer service. - Sales experience in a Retail environment (appliance or big ticket sales a plus). - Excellent interpersonal skills. - Able to work flexible work hours including weekdays, weekends and holidays. - Ability to stay energized during busy shifts. - Minimum 4 year Retail Sales **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Dental care - Disability insurance - Employee assistance program - Extended health care - Life insurance - On-site parking - Paid time off - Store discount - Vision care Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Holidays - Monday to Friday - Weekends as needed Application question(s): - What types of products have you sold in the past? - How would you use your skills and previous experience to increase our sales?
