- Hardworking.

- Able to think quickly on their feet.
- Comfortable with safely using ladders.
- Capable of safely lifting and maneuvering 30lb boxes when receiving shipments.
- Previous experience in a high-volume retail environment isn’t required but is an asset.
- 1 year of sales experience preferred.
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred.

The Role: Client Advisor

Reporting to the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, the Client Advisor will prioritize providing world-class customer service while performing a daily routine of store cleaning and maintenance.
- Demonstrate and deliver unwavering, no excuses, World-Class Customer Service with every interaction.
- Assist clients with their purchases using expert advice and personalized recommendations.
- Stay informed about the latest products and brands to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Handle client inquiries with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Maintain a clean and organized storefront.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive work environment through open and positive communication.
- Assist with the opening and closing of the store.
- Complete tasks laid out by management or on the daily store task lists.
- Report stock discrepancies, outages, and damaged or mis-tagged items to management.

Wage: $17.75 per hour

Day Range
- Weekends.
- Holidays (Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Years Eve, etc ).

Shifts
- Day shifts (per store operating hours).
- Evenings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: From $17.75 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
