**JOB DUTIES**:
- Greet patients with welcoming energy and professionally answer questions related to our health care services and their time in our care
- Booking and billing patient visits with our EMR system
- Specialized billing related insurance and motor vehicle accident claims
- Answering all incoming calls with warmth and professionalism
- Manage health inventory related to care
- Work alongside our health professionals to ensure and exceptional experience for the patient while in our care

- Day time, later afternoon availability
- Flexibility in availability is an asset
- Minimum 1 year experience an administrative role or can demonstrate transferrable skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 38 per week
