Furnishings and Design Assistant

**Purpose**:
Reporting to the Director, Planning & Renovations, the Furnishings and Design Assistants (FDA) will assist with our Furnishings team with significant number of furnishings requests and projects as well as assist with moves, furniture orders and related work.
**Education**:
Must have completed at minimum of their second year or higher of an Interior Design program.
**Experience**:
Relevant and recent experience in furnishings and design or equivalent. Experience in an institutional setting is an asset.
**Skills**:
- You have research, analysis and organization skills.
- You can effectively interact through verbal and written mediums.
- Proficiency in AutoCad 2018 or higher.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point,
- Proficiency in Photoshop.
- Working knowledge in Revit.
- Professional experience in a design related discipline office environment would be an asset.
