**Scherer Chevrolet Buick GMC** has an opening for a **Part-Time Evening Receptionist**.

**Scope of position**:
To ensure that our customers consistently receive premium service, in line with our mission to build customer relationships for life. The receptionist position is directly responsible and accountable for our front-line contact for all incoming telephone inquiries to our Sales and Service lines. As well as the first point of contact for all walk-in customers.

**What can you expect from the Receptionists position?**
- Adding value to both the customer experiences through the accurate directing of customer requests.
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers contacting the dealership
- Actively updating and maintaining customer databases.
- Practicing team engagement and teamwork.
- Using flexible and effective communication styles to build rapport to overcome communication barriers.
- Other duties as assigned.

**What skills should you have to be successful?**
- Experience in a customer service setting (contact center experience is preferred but not required for this role).
- Excellent customer presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a process-driven environment.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and listening skills.
- The ability to consistently manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to excel in a collaborative team environment.
- Positive, high energy individual with a can-do attitude
