**Overview**

The ability to run equipment is a must. Skid steers, mini ex, walk behinds ect.

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations if the crew to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Lead by example in performing tasks
- Train team members on best practices in landscaping techniques and safety protocols.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in landscape construction and pool installation, with a strong understanding.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience supervising a team in a landscaping or related field.
- Ability to build strong relationships with team members through effective communication.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred to transport crew members and equipment as needed.

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
