Key responsibilities of a Pharmacy Assistant include:

- Assists Pharmacist in the filling and dispensing process of the prescription
- Assisting with cashier responsibilities as required in the Pharmacy
- Greets and assists patients at counters, retrieves prescriptions, processes register transactions
- Maintains inventory - orders and stocks drugs, supplies and OTC merchandise
- Verifies prescriptions and refills with physicians by phone/fax as needed
- Prepares third-party insurance claims

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
