**What you will be doing**:

- Identify, understand and document client business requirements.
- Manage a workload of support incidents and requests on a timely basis.
- Process data analysis and reporting.
- Perform other related support duties as required.

**What you’ll bring to this role**:

- Knowledge of SQL
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good customer service orientation and ability to follow through issues to resolution
- Self-motivated and team player
- Strong interpersonal skills
