Built on a tradition of caring, Jarlette Health Services is seeking an enthusiastic, organized individual to join their Home Office as Operations Assistant, Development/Redevelopment.
**Qualifications**:
Certificate/diploma in business or office and administration work experience
Construction coordination or project-based experience is highly desirable
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, Chrome, electronic spreadsheets, Google and the cloud environment
Proven ability to multitask and work productively in a high-volume and dynamic environment
Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility and diplomacy
Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
Displays ethics and integrity in his/her work; accountable and dependable
Ability to meet deadlines
Capable of identifying and implementing process improvement
Possess a driver's license as some travel may be required
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
Supports day to day operations of the department while providing direct administrative and office management support
Establishes working systems to ensure office documentation meets legal and legislative standards
Prepares draft reports, presentations, background documentation and research
Assists with planning meetings and distributing information
Provides general administrative duties and support as also required by the Finance team and other Home Office departments
