**About the Role**:
We are seeking a **detail-oriented and client-focused Immigration Case Worker** who can confidently manage a high volume of Canadian immigration files while handling front-desk duties in our Brampton office. This hybrid role combines **case processing, client communication, and reception responsibilities**, and is ideal for someone with a strong immigration background and professional presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Immigration Casework & File Management**
- Collect and verify documents, track outstanding items, and prepare case files
- Conduct IRCC/PNP research to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Provide ongoing file updates and client communication throughout the process

**Reception & Administrative Support**
- Greet visitors and clients professionally at the front desk
- Schedule meetings and appointments, and update calendars
- Handle basic clerical tasks, courier/mail, and file maintenance (digital & physical)

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Canadian immigration case processing
- Strong knowledge of TRVs, Express Entry, and PNP pathways
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in **English** (Punjabi/Hindi an asset)
- Strong command of MS Office, Excel, PDF tools, and Google Suite
- Well-organized, deadline-driven, and proactive in communication
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- **Availability on Saturdays is mandatory**

**Additional Information**:

- This is a full-time **independent contractor role**, not an employee position
- Pay is flexible based on experience, in the range of **$37,500 to $40,000 annually**:

- Potential for long-term engagement and role expansion based on performance
