**Summary**

We are seeking a live in Residence Manager to join our team at Delwood Management Ltd. to manage our 38 suite apartment. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our residential properties in Edmonton, AB. The Residence Manager will be responsible for overseeing property management tasks, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations of residential properties to ensure they are well-maintained and meet tenant needs.
- Manage tenant relations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to enhance satisfaction.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant information, lease agreements, and property documentation.
- Implement administrative procedures for efficient office operations and data management as well as rent collection.
- Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants and manage leasing processes.
- Carry out the normal cleaning of all common areas with the property. Maintaining exterior of the property including grass, weeds, garbage and snow removal.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants.
- Excellent administrative skills, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and handle conflicts professionally.

Pay: $20,000.00-$27,000.00 per year
