**Description:

**Responsibilities**:
As a member of the Operations Manager’s team, the Service Technician brings expertise by:

- Analyze circuits, wiring diagrams and drawings to install, repair, calibrate, service and replace or repair electromechanical devices and systems.
- Dismantle, inspect and replace electromechanical equipment and replace defective electrical and mechanical parts.
- Perform mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of cleaning and sanitizing equipment.
- Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain sanitizing equipment and plant facility’s equipment supplied by Sani-Marc
- Perform routine preventative maintenance per established PM program
- Providing value-added after-sales service and perform problem solving;
- Performing repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and implementation of cleaning chemical systems in Food & Beverage plants;
- Travelling to the location of our customers;
- Helping other departments through internal work;
- Diagnosing problems, determining corrective action and undertaking repair;
- Managing service calls and examining the customer’s requirements.

**Requirements**: To perform well, you must**:

- Proficient in electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills
- Experience in maintenance and/or maintaining food service equipment preferred
- Experience in mobile onsite service preferred
- Know how to work in a team, demonstrate initiative and be solutions-oriented
- Have good communication skills and be customer-oriented
- Be incredibly organized and understand processes thoroughly
- Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record;
- All applicants must take a mechanical/electrical aptitude test during the initial interview;
