**What you will be doing**:

- Performing a range of general construction related tasks as assigned;
- Providing guidance to general labourers and ensuring quality control;
- Materials management and distribution;
- Providing elevations and layout for subtrades as required;
- Assisting with construction site building clean up;
- Assisting subtrades when needed and as required.

**What you need to bring**:

- Previous carpentry and construction experience;
- Able to operate a bobcat;
- Takes safety seriously and is mindful of surroundings;
- A positive attitude and ability to work well with others in a team environment;
- Desire to search out opportunities to learn new things;
- Considers quality and accomplishes tasks with an eye on the finished product;
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.

**Extras we like to see**:

- Carpentry apprentice or Red Seal Certificate in Carpentry is an asset;
- Previous experience working with multi-family framing and concrete is an asset;
- A valid driver’s license is an asset;
- A valid First Aid certification, level 2 is even better;
- A current tele-handler (zoom boom) ticket is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $37.00-$45.00 per hour
