We are seeking an Front Office Clerk to join our team in Nanton. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that support the efficient operation of our office. Your contributions will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication and service delivery within the town.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, typing, and data entry.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist in managing front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for various office functions.
- Utilize office software and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide customer support by addressing questions or concerns from residents.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Familiarity with office software, including word processing and spreadsheets.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.56 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
