**Title**: The Grill Server

**Department**: Food & Beverage Department

**Reports To**: Food & Beverage Manager, Restaurant Supervisor

We are a busy Pub Style Dining Restaurant and have an opening for Servers. Our servers will greet guests, assign to a table, have knowledge of our menu, serve food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests and be knowledgeable of our resort offerings. Servers will engage with guests to ensure their experience is as good as it should be to the established company standards.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for friendly, courteous and gracious service to all Guests.
- Responsible for delivery to the guest in the Restaurant
- Responsible for the offering and selling of all beverages in the restaurant
- Follows all food handling and cleaning procedures in accordance with public health standards
- Adheres to the company appearance and grooming standards.
- Works closely and cooperates with superiors, colleagues and other employees in order to achieve the highest possible Guests satisfaction from the services rendered.
- Responsible for service of resort functions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week

**Experience**:

- Serving: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (required)
