**Responsibilities**:

- Program Leadership: Lead and manage the ADMS program to completion, ensuring all project goals and objectives are met within the specified timeframe and budget.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for the ADMS program and Distribution Energy Resource Management System (DERMS), aligning with the company’s overall mission and vision.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure successful program execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Team Coordination: Oversee project teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and effective collaboration.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program continuity and success.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on program performance, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Budget Management: Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and funding, including external grants.
- Technical Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of ADMS technologies and stay abreast of industry trends and advancements.

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in program management, with a focus on managing large-scale, multifaceted enterprise-wide technology projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of effectively managing complex projects and delivering results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a flexible and proactive approach to program management.
- Proficiency in ADMS technologies.
