**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a cider forwarded and plant based dining environment. As a front of house team member you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing top-notch customer service, ensuring food safety, and are self sufficient and look out for your teammates. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food, making beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
- Must be available on weekends
- Tip pool environment

**Duties**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using Square POS systems.
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables.
- Adhere to food safety standards and sanitation practices during food preparation and service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service flow.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties.
- Assist with hosting ensuring all guests feel welcomed.
- Taking lead on making drinks
- Juggling multiple tasks efficiently

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a restaurant settings is a must.
- Familiarity with bartending and making drinks is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Shift leading experience is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Can lift heavy objects and be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of cider and plant based food is a plus

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.85 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 15 per week
