Automotive Dealership Controller

Wainalta Motors is currently looking for a Controller to join our team

Must have proven experience in:

- Bank reconciliations
- GST filing
- Monthly remittances
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Ad hoc reporting
- Payroll
- PBS experience (a very strong asset)
- Payworks payroll software (an asset)
- Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Monthly tasks will include:

- Processing both salary/hourly and commission sales payrolls
- Monthly and quarterly remittances
- Processing vehicle deals
- Bill payments
- Floor Plan maintenance
- Month end reporting to manufacturer and bank
- Schedule reconciliation
- Bank reconciliation
- A/P and A/R supervision, aging account collections
- Health Benefits administration
- Human Resources administration
- Year end reconciliation

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
