We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Full - Time Front Desk Team Member, who is eager to advance their career and provide exceptional guest experiences. As a valued member of the Front of House team, you will actively engage with guests and foster positive relationships within our community. Your responsibilities will include assisting guests throughout their entire studio experience, from start to finish.

**Overview of Duties**:

- Team Members will play a pivotal role as the Shift Manager’s main support and be a trusted individual during shifts to manage studio operations.
- Will actively contribute to training and guiding new Team Members and Sweat Equity. Additionally, they will also act as a coach, providing guidance to help team members prioritize tasks effectively.
- Assisting guests with check - in and directing them to their respective classes.
- Conducting comprehensive studio tours for new guests.
- Ensuring the studio space remains clean and tidy by adhering to hourly and daily cleaning checklists.
- Addressing guest inquiries related to memberships and classes.
- Delivering exceptional guest services that align with standard operating precedures.

An accomplished team member is wholeheartedly dedicated to assisting the Shift Manager in fostering a collaborative team that operates cohesively, with a shared focus on learning and growth.

They fully grasp the team’s objectives and prioritize the needs of guests above all else. Furthermore, they are perceptive in identifying problems within the team and actively partnering with the Studio Manager to find effective solutions. With excellent communication skills, they serve as a crucial link between team members and the Shift Manager, ensuring seamless coordination and cooperation.

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administration, and/or hospitality, preferably with a premium brand.
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service abilities, dedicated to delivering outstanding service experiences.
- Self
- motivated with a strong orientation to work collaboratively and a ‘all hands on deck’ attitude.
- A personal interest in health and fitness would be considered an advantage.
