**Position Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Deliver professional, client-focused service, ensuring confidentiality and responsiveness to client concerns.
- Conduct initial client discussions, assess business readiness, and recommend next steps.
- Collaborate regularly with other members of the Access to Capital team to track client progress.
- Develop and implement annual marketing strategies, monitor performance, and report on outcomes.
- Participate in business planning processes and promotional activities as needed.
**Qualifications**
- Diploma in Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of business planning, economic development, and Indigenous communities across Atlantic Canada.
- 1-2 years experience in business development, customer service, or a similar sector.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with experience in analyzing reports and business outcomes.
