- What you will be doing
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:_

On all OSD, (Overage, Shortage, and Damage), on any Inbound receipt, performs follow up functions, documented paperwork, calls, vendors, ABSC-AP and ABSC-purchasing to resolve open discrepancies. ALL OSD fixed with-in 24-48 hours. Ensure the daily close out of all open receipts. Work with AP to solve any open PO issues.

Monitors work processes and makes suggestions for modifications in order to increase and improve productivity, efficiency and accuracy for the purpose of improving costs; implements changes as directed or needed.

Updates WMS (Sage) on all of the receipt of merchandise, ensuring that only products intended for the Distribution Center are accepted by the receiving clerks; ensures that daily logs are maintained with accurate information relative to products received.

Supports compliance with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and Health Canada regulations.

Must be willing to work extended hours, as needed, in order to meet productivity goals.

Must be willing to participate in physical inventory as scheduled.

GMP & Regulatory Compliance and protocol adherence

Maintaining and adhering to sanitation and pest control programs as outlined by Innomar’s SOP’s;

Ensuring all sensitive products outlined by Innomar’s SOP’s are handled accordingly and in an expedited manner

Understands the operation ofERP software (Adonix) and be able to function within the system

Managing inventory movement in a FIFO or FEFO manner (first-in-first-out, first-expiry-first-out), through a safe and organized efficient flow of properly identified and segregated goods through the warehouse, and maintaining an organized and efficient stock layout within the warehouse

The Receiving Clerk is responsible for all responsibilities outlined in SOP DG0201 revision V1.4 for the “Warehouse Receiver”.

Performs related duties as assigned.
What your background should look like
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:_

Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and/or education. Normally requires a minimum of two (2) years directly related and progressively responsible experience.
- MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:_
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Good decision making skills
- Good analytical skills
- Good leadership skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Works well under pressure in time sensitive situations
- Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
- Knowledge of computers to operative effectively with Outlook, Word and Excel and WMS systems
- Ability to work in Freezers/coolers
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and work with tight timelines.
