**Positions Available: Labourer and Site Team Leader**

**Start date: April**

**LABOURER**

**General knowledge of**
- **landscaping**:

- **hardscaping**:

- **carpentry**:

- **excavation**:

- **small machine operation.**

**The ability to work well on a team. The ability to take direction from a team lead and also be a self starter when required**

**Effective time management skills**

**Professionalism with coworkers and clients and with one's appearance is a must**

**Valid G drivers license**

**Comprehensive training provided**

**Part-time seasonal, approximately 40 hrs/week**

**Payscale $18-$24/hr based on experience. The opportunity for employment over the winter months for the right person**

**TEAM LEADER**

**5-10 years experience is preferred**

**Advanced knowledge of**
- **landscaping**:

- **hardscaping**:

- **carpentry**:

- **excavation**:

- **small machine operation.**

**Experience and effectiveness in leading and motivating a team. The ability to work with and lead people of varying backgrounds and experience**

**Resilient and adaptable in a fast paced work environment. The ability to foresee issues before they arise and to problem solve when they do**

**Effective time management skills**

**Professionalism with coworkers and clients and with one’s appearance is a must**

**Part-time seasonal, approximately 40 hours/week**

**Payscale $25-$30/hr based on experience. The opportunity for employment over the winter for the right person**

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: $18.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
