**Responsibilities**
- Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cutting, and Styling.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to sanitation standards.
- Engage with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences.
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance the customer experience.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
- Foster a positive atmosphere by delivering excellent customer service and building rapport with clients.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends and techniques to provide informed recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hair styling or completion of a cosmetology program is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices in a salon environment.
- Experience in upselling products or services is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for success in this role.
