**Responsibilities**:
- Independently prepare for various meal services and banquets
- Set up workstations in anticipation of service periods
- Cook dishes according to established standards
- Plate dishes while adhering to presentation guidelines
- Perform any other tasks required for the smooth operation of the kitchen
- Clean and maintain work areas and equipment
- Follow hygiene standards and safety regulations
