Our focus is developing a custom range of apparel from technical sports uniforms to great looking collegiate, corporate and leisure wear. The Production Coordinator will be responsible for a broad range of activities, with a main focus on graphic design, branding and promotion in addition to rendering sales CADs and client final proofs. There is also scope to work with social media as we continue to build our brand across all sales channels. You will be directly involved in creating marketing and brand strategy. **Responsibilities**:

- Work with sales team to develop client sell sheets (CAD’s)
- Submit orders to clients for review (final proofing)
- Submit orders to the manufacturer - (final proof)
- Develop graphic promotional campaign material
- Maintain a promotional campaign calendar - sales support
- Develop product illustrations
- Work to support the enhancement of brand through graphic design
- Support sales in B2B arena with finalization of orders
- Create and deliver client quotes and invoices in Illustrator/Excel/Quickbooks.
- Work with existing systems SOP’s and processes - Seek to add value and improvement constantly.
- Work with production team member to support product development
- Manage a weekly social media campaign as part of our overall branding
- Work with production team to support development of new products

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years in a Production or graphic design role
- Bachelor Degree/College Diploma
- Graphic Design, Merchandising or Fashion design education or equivalent work experience.
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator (CS5 or higher) and Photo Shop
- Strong proficiency with InDesign.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Strong understanding of athletic apparel and/or sporting goods industry
- Exceptional communications skills
