We’re inviting Ontario’s top-tier cabinetry installers to bring their expertise to the highest level, installing truly exceptional, hand-crafted cabinetry for one of the province’s most respected custom shops.

We are willing to offer this position as full time, part time or contract work for independent installers. Further discussions to be had at time of first meeting.

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**

Former cabinet installation experience required Please ensure references are available, as well as a portfolio.

Thorpe Hand-Crafted Cabinetry is a full-service custom millwork and design company located in St. Catharines, Ontario, serving high-end clientele for 10+ years. We specialize in hand-crafted, bespoke cabinetry and the rooms it goes in. Our craftsmen passionately create beautiful pieces by hand using the finest materials and techniques. Proudly serving the GTA, Niagara Region, and beyond.

**Responsibilities**
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine cabinet installation requirements.
- Utilize hand and power tools to assemble and install cabinets accurately.
- Ensure surfaces are prepared and leveled for proper cabinet fitting.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to meet project specifications and timelines.
- Perform quality checks to ensure installations meet industry standards and customer satisfaction.
- Physically capable of executing high-end installations — must be able to lift, maneuver, and secure large, custom cabinetry pieces with care and precision, ensuring both safety and craftsmanship on site.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Cabinet installation: 5 years (required)
