**What you’ll do**
- Assist physiotherapists in implementing treatment plans and therapeutic exercises tailored to individual patient needs
- Prepare treatment areas and equipment, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all patients
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation to track progress and outcomes
- Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and managing patient appointments
- Communicate effectively with patients, addressing their questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate office management tasks such as inventory management of supplies and equipment
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for documentation and communication purposes
- Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to ensure seamless communication

**Basic qualifications**
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent typing skills for accurate data entry and documentation

**Preferred qualifications**
- Experience in administrative roles or as a personal assistant in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks related to office management
- Familiarity with DocuSign for managing electronic documents
