We have an exciting opportunity for a Class 1 Driver to join our Trucking team based in Langley. - Do you want to be part of a passionate, growing team? Are you interested in a career with the Pacific Northwest’s largest architectural glass fabricator?_ If the answer is **YES**, then read on This is a full-time, permanent position, with an excellent benefits package, and room for growth. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities**: - Maintaining records of pickup and deliveries and obtaining necessary signatures/receipts. - Deliver loads to and from Starline and Vitrum. - Move and stage trailers for Vitrum and Apex during the afternoon shift. - Maintaining all required certifications in line with DOT, MOT, Health & Safety, and company policies. - Providing exceptional customer service. - Conducting routine pre/post-trip truck inspections and maintaining accurate records of delivery routes, logs, sheets, and incident reporting. - Performing product delivery verification at the customer location and maintaining customer invoice. - Other duties, as assigned. **Knowledge/Experience and Skills**: - Class 1 Driver's License. - Clean Drivers Abstract, B-train experience would be an asset. - Crane Truck operating experience preferred. - Drive manual / automatic transmission. - Ensure adherence to all safety policies, procedures and practices. - Be willing to work overtime when required. - Must be able to work both independently & in a team setting. - Must possess a "safety first" attitude at all times. **Must**: - Be a team player. - Possess a positive "can do" attitude. - Be reliable. - Be able to multi-task. **What We Offer**: - Extended health benefits - Dental coverage - Vision coverage - Long-term disability - Life Insurance - RRSP matching - Employee Appreciation Events At Vitrum Glass Group there is no such thing as a half glass of anything.
