**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable **On-Call Casual 3rd Cook** to support our kitchen team. You will assist in preparing, cooking, and plating menu items across all food outlets and banquet services. This role offers the opportunity to learn multiple stations and gain valuable culinary experience in a professional hotel kitchen.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparation, cooking, and plating of menu items following recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.
- Support banquet and large-scale food production when required.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, including equipment, tools, and storage.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Learn and develop skills under the guidance of the Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine.
- Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required; culinary training is an asset.
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Flexible availability for on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
