Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Risk Analyst to join our client.

Contract Dates: 8 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Range: $32.58 to $37.11 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities:

- Interprets organizations assets, liabilities, cash flow, insurance coverage, tax status, and financial objectives.
- Analyze organizations financial status and develops financial plans based on analysis of data.
- Recommend, develop, and implement risk management programs to reduce losses and insurance costs.
- Research accidents or losses involving company personnel or products.
- Maintain input or data quality of risk management systems. Identify key risks and mitigating factors of potential investments such as asset types and values, legal and ownership structures, professional reputations, customer bases, or industry segments.
- Produce reports or presentations that outline findings, explain risk positions, or recommend changes.

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

- Risk Management Experience
- Banking products knowledge
- Very strong excel - v look up, pivot tables etc.
- Strong communication skills
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- Fast learner - Tech savvy - ability to learn new systems
