**Salary Range: $117,464 - $146,830.00** per annum (plus comprehensive benefits)

**Number of available positions: 10**

**Hours of Work: 42 hours per week, following a rotating schedule of four (4) shifts on—comprised of 2 day shifts and 2 night shifts—followed by four (4) days off.**

**Day shift: 5:00am to 5:00pm**

**Night shift: 5:00pm to 5:00am**

**Your Impact**
- As Superintendent, you will:

- Provide team-based, people-centred leadership that supports paramedics to thrive.

- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring deployment, patient care, and documentation meet the highest standards.
- Lead with integrity through change, complexity, and high-stakes situations—including **major emergencies and multi-agency incidents**.

- Contribute to advancing our **vision for seamless, integrated emergency care**.

**What You Bring**
- A passion for **service excellence**, community health, and paramedic practice.
- A minimum of **3-5 years’ experience** as a certified Ontario paramedic (AEMCA + Base Hospital authorization); supervisory experience preferred.
- Emotional intelligence, resilience, and sound judgment in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and labour relations skills (unionized setting experience an asset).
- Valid Class “F” Ontario Driver’s Licence and full Ambulance Act compliance.
