**What’s the role?**

The Field Service Technician will be trained on large tire changeovers; be based out of our Enterprise Dr. location in London, ON, and is responsible for responding to highway and after-hour night calls on a rotational basis. They work out of a Kal Tire Road Service Vehicle fitted with all the necessary tools and equipment to provide excellent service to our customers by performing tire services on -site, off-site fleet and with roadside assistance.

**Hours**:

- Full Time
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- Rotating Saturdays & On Call after-hours

**What kind of person are we looking for?**
- You’re interested in the automotive industry and like working within a high energy, fast paced team environment.
- You have a strong mechanical aptitude and ability to problem solve on the spot.
- Delivering a great customer experience is important to you.
- You have at least 1 year of roadside service/ tire technician experience (preferred)
- You are comfortable driving and working at night
- You have a valid drivers licence and a clean drivers abstract
- You like being active throughout your day and have no problem lifting 50+ lb tires
- You’re always safety conscious, wear your required PPE and follow safe work protocols as instructed.
